		<description><![CDATA[UPS always charges excessive brokerage fees, so I now stay away from ordering from US companies who use them.  Fedex is much more reasonable (I think the brokerage fee is included in the shipping cost) and US Post is always reliable and cheaper, just not as fast.]]></description>
