Hi Leah,
We sell all sorts of items for personal growth, self awareness (cd’s, books, crystals, singing bowls, essential oils)Gift items and eco friendly products, which we have a fair bit of. Everything from yoga wear to banners to teas & tree free greeting cards…Soul Matters is at the corner of Bank St. & Sunnyside. It is considered to be the south part of Ottawa and the community is called Old Ottawa South. When you stop in let me know who you are. Stopped into this store just after it first opened and was totally impressed with the place. Although its small it has lots of neat merch for body/mind/spirit as well as studio space in the back where workshops can be run. The owner is very friendly, informed and eager to chat and exchange ideas. Very pleasant experience. Right up the road from a lovely Bridgehead coffeeshop, and a Ten Thousand Villages store, if thats your style.
