We live rural and have our own compost unit for many years. For us the green bin is a waste of money.
In Europe they use those green bins for many years and people complain a lot about them…..the stink in the summer …they are really breeding bins for all kinds of bad stuff. You have to clean it every time with hot soap&water…not so good for the environment is it? Green bin is an insult of our intelligence!
