There seems to be growing interest (no pun intended) in green roofs and walls in Ottawa. Although I have not used their services myself, I have come across a local company that installs green roofs and green walls around Ottawa: Job Done Construction Ltd.
For an easily accessible example of their work, check out the green wall they installed in the Bridgehead coffee shop on Dalhousie. They are currently working on a very exciting renovation of local artist, Christopher Griffin’s studio at 132 Pretoria. When finished the outside of this building will feature both a green roof and several green walls.
